| Alet has acted as president of
Web Site Advantage since its inception in 1997.
Apart from managing the company on a day-to-day basis, she
is also responsible for client consultations,
requirements analysis, project management and international business development. She has
more than 25 years of systems
development, programming, graphics design, training and
consulting experience. She was named one of the 50 Top CEO's in Atlantic Canada for 2000 and 2001 by Atlantic Business
Magazine, and nominated for Canada's Most Powerful
Women: Top 100 in 2003, sponsored by the
Women's Executive
Network and Richard
Ivey School of Business (University of Western
Ontario). Alet holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Alet started her IT career as Lecturer in Computer Science at this university during the '80's. During this time and after joining a graphics software house as project manager, she managed various GIS and CAD software development projects. She also co-founded two information technology businesses in the late '80's and early '90's.
Apart from establishing
Web Site Advantage as an Internet solutions
company, she also co-founded a consultancy company,
Global Potato Focus
that provides technology solutions to agricultural companies and organizations, with special focus on the potato industry. This company publishes the most comprehensive potato information source on the Internet,
Global Potato News.

Association and served on
the board of ITAP and
Happy Day Christian
Kindergarten in the past.

| Leslie was previously Branch Manager for a car and
truck rental business for thirteen years. Within this
role, Leslie’s skills specialized primarily in
customer service, sales, and office administration.
Since joining Web Site Advantage in 2005,
Leslie is responsible for general office administration,
accounting and customer service. Leslie is a people person
and is always trying to go the extra mile for her clients.

| Vanessa Campbell has many years of training and experience in graphics
and design and programming. Her key objectives in designing a
site are to reflect
the unique image of each individual client and to turn out a fully usable and functional
product. Having a thorough understanding of client goals
and needs is the first step to creating a successful and
unique design. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Saint Mary’s University, a 3D computer Animation diploma from McKenzie College and an
Applied Information Technology diploma from the Information Technology Institute
(ITI). She is proficient in the use of Photoshop, Flash,
ASP, SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MS Access, Frontpage and Visual
Studio.
Since joining Web Site
Advantage in 2002, Vanessa has contributed to many stages
within the conceptualization and implementation process of
developing successful client sites. Along with designing
the overall site 'look and feel' and structure, Vanessa
also designs and develops e-commerce systems, online
catalogue sites, e-newsletter systems and templates,
content management systems, customized flash animations,
logos/brand identities and more.

Hong Zhong joined Web
Site Advantage in 2005 and currently lives in and
works from Vancouver. His skill set includes a variety of
languages, including C#, ASP, ASP.NET, JDBC/OBDC, JSP,
Java Bean/EJB, JavaScript, Java Servlets, SQL,
PL/SQL, XML and HTML. Hong worked as web developer
and software developer in Toronto, as well as acted as a team member on the
development of a collaborative e-procurement solution,
fully integrated into the supply chain. He holds a
Computer Programming & Operating Diploma from the School
of Computer Studies at Seneca College of Applied Arts &
Technology. Hong is
responsible for analyzing client needs, developing data
models and site architectures for implementing web
applications, setting up databases, programming user
interfaces and functionality, and for thorough testing,
quality control and support. Apart from working on local
web development projects using HTML, JavaScript, ASP and
MS Access, he is responsible for development on
Global Potato News
and FritoLay in ASP, SQL Server
and XML.

| As a shareholder
in Web Site Advantage, Lukie is responsible for
projects geared towards delivering new and
innovative information technology solutions to
our clients. With a Masters degree in Sociology
and experience in agriculture, we also rely on
Lukie to consult on the content of our web sites
and to provide us with techniques to deliver the
message in an effective manner. Lukie has a broad
background as a potato farmer, businessman,
social planner and university lecturer. Lukie's current activities
