We developed a web-based member registration and renewal system, as well as a meeting registration system for the CCUBC. This system allows new members to register online, or to renew their membership annually. The secretariat is able to manage payments online, send email receipts, print registration forms and export member data to Excel. The meeting registration system allows users to register online for the annual meeting, with similar functionality as member registrations.

We have developed another major addition to the Frito-Lay Grower Extranet to allow users from various other regions in the world to submit field and storage quality data in a standardized format, stored in a SQL Server database. Data can be entered on web-based forms using a profile set up by regional managers for each country, and fully customizable by the user. The system supports different units of measure for different parts of the world. Alternatively, data can be entered in Excel templates and then imported into the web-based system. Field reports, storage reports and comparison reports will be developed using Crystal Reports. Web Site Advantage and a Frito-Lay team of key stakeholders worked together to analyze and define the requirements.

Phase 2 of the web development project for this Ontario based tour operator is completed! We have built a Trip Planner for administrators, teachers, students and parents to plan their upcoming trip online. Booking administrators are able to set up tour bookings (tour details, booking details, teacher login, passenger details and login accounts, and deposits), track online payments in real-time, upload resources for teachers and parents, such as passport information, what-to-bring check lists, and much more! Teachers and student groups are then able to log in to their tour account and view or download customized tour information, set up a payment plan and pay online using Paypal. Upon their return, students are able to share tour pictures in the Photo Journal, and students, parents and teacher can post Testimonials. The tour group is able to share their memories with family and friends through the online Photo Journal.
